Looking back at 2025, for Devhd it was a year shaped by focus, delivery discipline and validation — reflected not only in how we worked, but also in the results we achieved across revenue growth, delivery scale and our position within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
This Year in Review brings together the context behind the numbers, outlining the direction, decisions and execution — and the sustained effort behind them — that defined Devhd’s growth throughout 2025.
2025 at a glance: growth with focus
2025 marked a strong year of business growth for Devhd, driven by consistent delivery, trusted partnerships and long-term customer relationships.
- Revenue: ~1.9 mil EUR, +43% YoY
- EBITDA: 38.8% Margin, +200% YoY
Delivery at scale: complex ServiceNow engagements
Throughout 2025, alongside our managed services business line, Devhd delivered and co-delivered 11 new ServiceNow engagements, spanning enterprise and mid-market customers.
Our work focused on end-to-end ownership — from solution design and licensing support to implementation, adoption and long-term operations — delivered both directly and through joint delivery teams with trusted partners.
Among other engagements:
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
We onboarded a new healthcare customer on ServiceNow Customer Service Management, covering the full lifecycle — from licensing and implementation to long-term operations under a managed services model.
This aligns with ServiceNow’s broader strategy of expanding CSM adoption across industries, enabling organizations to unify customer-facing processes on a single platform.
- Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
In close co-delivery with our complementary German partner exccon AG, we implemented ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery, as part of broader transformation initiatives.
Across engagements delivered together with exccon AG, the combination of complementary expertise and extended delivery capacity across multiple geographies enabled us to scale responsibly — without compromising delivery quality.
- App Engine & automation initiatives
For both existing and new customers, we continued delivering App Engine–based solutions, integrations and automation-driven transformation programs, supporting scalable and maintainable platform extensions.
App Development as a strategic direction
In 2025, Devhd formally expanded ServiceNow App Development into a dedicated service line, focused on building and publishing Store-ready apps and integrations together with customers — with the same delivery discipline we apply to consulting and implementation.
While consulting remains our core strength, application development has been part of our journey from the beginning. Over time, some of these efforts evolved into certified products, such as AuditUp, now live on the ServiceNow Store, while others are planned as part of our ongoing IP roadmap.
In 2025, this capability matured into end-to-end app development services for customers publishing their own applications and integrations on the ServiceNow Store.

To support this direction, we established a collaboration with Yansa Labs, a US-based ServiceNow Build Partner, accelerating the path from customer ideas to Store-ready applications and integrations.
Expanding our ecosystem: strategic partnerships
Strategic partnerships supported responsible scaling throughout 2025. Devhd strengthened collaboration with three international partners, each playing a distinct role in our delivery and growth:
- exccon AG — complementary expertise and co-delivery at scale
- 4VCO — delivery partnership for ServiceNow solutions in Private Markets
- Yansa Labs — collaboration on ServiceNow App Development and Store-ready solutions
Validation within the ServiceNow ecosystem
In recent years, ServiceNow significantly reshaped its Partner Program — introducing a new taxonomy and stricter eligibility criteria. Like many partners in the ecosystem, Devhd was directly impacted by these changes: we were reclassified and had to rebuild our position step by step — under a higher bar and a different set of rules.
What followed was not a one-off effort, but a sustained, multi-year commitment to doing the work behind the scenes — from strengthening and validating delivery practices, to expanding solution expertise, scaling with partners and consistently earning customer trust through measurable delivery quality.
In 2025, that effort was formally recognized.
Devhd achieved the Premier Partner status on the Consulting & Implementation module — where the core of our work happens — and achieved three ServiceNow Validated Practices, with a fourth currently under review.
Within an ecosystem of almost 1,500 Consulting & Implementation partners globally, just over 100 currently hold Premier status — making this milestone a clear confirmation of delivery maturity, repeatability and operational discipline.
For us, it confirms that our delivery methodology, quality standards and operational discipline are not only solid — but repeatable, scalable and trusted by customers and ServiceNow alike.
Team growth and geographic expansion
Behind a strong year and sustained growth in 2025 stood a committed team that continued to grow alongside the business.
As delivery demand increased, Devhd organically extended its delivery team into Moldova, alongside growing teams in Romania and Germany.
