A 12-week program designed to include all the knowledge and practical skills you need to work in this industry. Courses include ServiceNow fundamentals, administration and scripting, basics of application development, ITSM implementation, as well as industry best practices and a set of tailored soft skills trainings.
This program is for you if you have:
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, .NET, etc.
- Good understanding of relational database
- Willingness to learn new skills and eagerness to continuous development
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Ability to work within a team and collaborate with others
- Strong analysis and communication skills
- Nice to have: JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS knowledge
