A journey that started with a simple idea
In 2016, at Knowledge, ServiceNow's annual flagship conference and the single most important event in the ecosystem, Adrian and Florin made a decision that would shape everything that followed: to build something different.
Not just another partner, but a pure-play Premier ServiceNow partner, built around quality, dedication and doing things the right way.
That’s how Devhd began.
From 2 people, to 4, to 7, to 11… and today, 22.
A steady, organic growth, built step by step — through hard work, persistence and trust.
Growing alongside the ecosystem
Becoming a ServiceNow partner wasn’t simple.
And just when we got there, the requirements changed — raising the bar even higher.
We kept going, adapted along the way and grew — sometimes faster than expected, sometimes by learning things the hard way.
As the ServiceNow ecosystem evolved, so did we.
We invested in training, built real expertise, and focused on doing things properly — not just quickly.
Today, we are:
- a pure-play Premier ServiceNow partner
- with PLAs and validated practices
- recognized for quality and commitment

Building a team — not just a company
At Devhd, we don’t just build projects. We build a team.
Over the years, we’ve had:
- go-lives we’re proud of
- strong partnerships
- continuous training
- hackathons
- and moments where we had to figure things out the hard way
Like any growing company, we’ve faced challenges — from finding the right people at the right time, to navigating a constantly changing environment.
What matters most today is the trust we’ve built — with partners and especially with clients who continue to work with us year after year.
The past year has been a strong one for us and 2026 continues in the same direction — with meaningful projects and long-term collaborations. And as the industry evolves — including the growing impact of AI — we continue to adapt, learn and stay focused on what really matters: delivering value.
10 years, celebrated the Devhd way
Every year, we make time to step outside — literally.
It’s something that has become part of how we work as a team: disconnecting from the day-to-day and reconnecting with each other, through movement, nature and shared experiences.
This year, marking 10 years, we did exactly that.
We hiked up to Curmătura, Piatra Craiului.
Fresh air, a physically challenging trail and at the top — a view worth every step.
It wasn’t just a hike.
It reflected something we’ve learned over time: the most meaningful things usually take effort.
Here’s a short look at our journey over the past 10 years.
Energy, competition and a lot of laughter
From there, we moved to Bran, where things got competitive.
Split into teams, we went through a series of challenges in a Team Express format — creative, fast-paced and, at times, chaotic in the best way.
Then came everything else:
- billiards, ping-pong and foosball tournaments
- Mafia games
- charades that had us laughing more than expected
- team pull-up challenges
- and some well-earned time at the spa
At one point, we found ourselves having a barbecue in a gazebo while it was pouring rain outside — music on, people talking, no rush anywhere.
Simple moments, but the kind that stay with you.
Everyone brings something different
One thing became very clear over those days:
Everyone brings something different.
And together, it just works.
Not just as a team of professionals, but as people who genuinely enjoy working — and spending time — together.
More than a team building
This wasn’t just time away from work.
It was a good reminder of what we’ve built over the years — not only as a company, but as a team. The hike, the challenges, the games, the long conversations, the laughter: all of it said something simple and important. What keeps a team together isn’t only the work. It’s trust, shared experiences and the kind of connection you build over time.
After 10 years, that matters just as much as any milestone.
10 years. One journey.
It’s not just a tagline.
It’s every project delivered, every challenge we had to figure out, every shared win, every step forward.
What comes next
We’re still building.
With the same energy — but a bigger perspective.
Because 10 years later, it’s not just about where we started.
It’s about how far we’ve come — and how we keep going, together.
Building together since 2016.
