Building a career in Human Resources
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management while building her professional career, Maria approaches every new experience with curiosity, determination and a genuine desire to learn. She embraces challenges as opportunities to gain experience and continuously expand her knowledge.
As part of the People team, Maria supports a variety of HR activities, from internal documentation and legislative research to helping ensure that processes run smoothly behind the scenes. She enjoys understanding how things work, asking questions and exploring new topics. For Maria, development doesn't happen only through university or training courses. It's part of her everyday mindset.

Her Super-Powers? Determination, adaptability and authenticity. Maria believes people should be judged by their attitude, actions and dedication rather than appearances. She values honesty, hard work and staying true to herself while continuing to evolve both professionally and personally.
What Maria appreciates most about being part of Devhd is the balance between professionalism and genuine human connection. She enjoys being part of a team where people support one another, share knowledge openly and create an environment where learning feels natural.
Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Maria enjoys bringing people together. One place where this naturally shows is during our coffee breaks, which she facilitates with creativity and care. Through interactive activities and conversations, she helps create moments that bring colleagues together and add a little energy to the workday.
Life beyond work
Outside of work, Maria enjoys discovering new places, spending time with family and friends, attending concerts and caring for her pets. Whether she is studying, planning her next adventure or enjoying live music, she brings the same curiosity and dedication that define her approach to work.
