In our Meet the Team series, today we’re introducing Andrei Ungureanu, Senior ServiceNow Developer at Devhd, who joined the team seven months ago and has since become part of our growing ServiceNow boutique team.
Background & Experience
A graduate of Politehnica University of Bucharest – Automation and Computer Science, Andrei brings four years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem, working across both development and platform administration. He holds the CIS–Customer Service Management (CSM) certification, aligned with his current involvement in CSM projects within in our ServiceNow practice.
At Devhd, Andrei works on projects that require clarity, structure and a good dose of analytical thinking, especially when things aren’t straightforward and the details matter.
Super-NOW-Powers
His Super-NOW-Powers? Staying patient in complex projects, sticking with a problem until it’s solved and adapting quickly when things don’t go as planned.
Andrei describes himself as persistent, practical and supportive — someone who genuinely enjoys a challenge. While he considers himself slightly introverted, team gatherings often reveal a more cheerful and social side. Andrei values meaningful collaboration and appreciates working as part of a team where ideas are shared openly and solutions are built together.
At Devhd, Andrei appreciates both the projects he works on and the people around him — a balance that matters to him.
What keeps him motivated? The kind of work where his contribution actually makes a difference — where ideas turn into practical solutions and effort translates into real progress. He’s at his best when he can think creatively, stay consistent and support the people around him in moving things forward.
Along the way, Andrei has learned that adaptability and continuous learning make a real difference. He also believes that clear communication matters - not just technical skills, but the way people exchange ideas and understand each other.
Beyond ServiceNow
When he’s not working on the platform, Andrei enjoys spending time with friends, gaming, listening to music and podcasts, or playing board games. He appreciates good conversations and shared experiences — the kind that recharge you and keep you inspired.
We’re glad to have him on this journey with us — building, learning, and growing together.
