Meet Bogdan Ionuț Fieraru, one of our dedicated ServiceNow Developers who joined the team more than 2 years ago through the STAR | Devhd program, our initiative for training and mentoring aspiring IT professionals.
Currently a student at Universitatea Politehnica București, specializing in Computer Science and Automation, Ionuț is constantly driven by curiosity and a desire to keep learning. For him, the most rewarding projects are those that challenge him to think differently, work together with others, and create solutions that truly make work easier.
At Devhd, Ionuț focuses on developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform. He enjoys exploring different approaches, asking the right questions, and building features that support efficiency and collaboration.
His colleagues describe him as analytical, responsible, and dedicated. His Super-NOW-Powers? Curiosity, adaptability, and the persistence to turn challenges into growth.
Outside of work, Ionuț enjoys motorcycle riding — a passion that reflects his sense of focus, balance, and freedom.
