We’re excited to introduce Mihai Leucǎ, a pragmatic and passionate ServiceNow Developer who joined us two and a half years ago after graduating from the STAR | Devhd program, our initiative for training and mentoring aspiring IT professionals.
A graduate of Universitatea Politehnica București, with a background in robotics and engineering, he has always been drawn to solving problems with precision and creativity. Mihai’s graduation project — a flexible palletizing cell integrating an industrial articulated-arm robot — was a glimpse into his future of designing smart, automated systems.
Before embracing the ServiceNow world, he worked as a Design Engineer in the glass industry and as a Quality Control Engineer, roles that sharpened his problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams. Mihai’s journey is a great example of how curiosity and a willingness to learn open new career paths.
At Devhd, he develops and maintains solutions on the ServiceNow platform, creates catalog items, builds automations with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, writes Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Scheduled Jobs, ensures smooth integrations and improves user experience. He is also working on HR Service Delivery projects.
He is motivated by projects that optimize workflows, reduce manual effort and deliver tangible business value. We’re happy to have Mihai in the team! His Super-NOW-Powers? Analytical thinking, meticulous execution and a friendly, collaborative spirit. His colleagues add to the description: dedicated, organized and energetic.
Outside of work, Mihai enjoys fishing and football — hobbies that reflect both patience and team spirit, balancing focus with relaxation.
