That’s the essence of validation itself—and after a rigorous six-month evaluation process, Devhd’s practices in ITSM and ITSM Pro were officially validated by ServiceNow.

What is a Validated Practice?
Let’s be clear from the start: this is not just an internal metric or nice-to-have badge—it’s ServiceNow’s official recognition that a partner consistently delivers high-quality implementations aligned with ServiceNow’s standards and best practices, ensuring successful outcomes for joint customers.
Out of over 2,000 ServiceNow partners, only around 200 have a Validated Practice by the end of May 2025. These badges are not awarded lightly - they certify that a partner’s implementations are grounded in industry-leading methodologies, thoroughly vetted and recognized by ServiceNow.
To become eligible, a partner must first earn a Product Line Achievement (PLA), based on certified consultants delivering at least three successful deployments in the same solution—all with a Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) above 4.2.
Only then can a partner undergo the Partner Success Review (PSR) - a structured assessment covering five key dimensions: Strategy, Governance, People, Sales & Delivery and Performance.
This review isn’t just a box-ticking exercise—it involves documentation reviews, interviews, and a deep dive into how our practice operates day to day. Every dimension—from delivery governance to people development and go-to-market strategy—was examined by the PSR Team through the lens of repeatability, maturity, and alignment with ServiceNow’s standards.
