1. About this notice
This Campaign Privacy Notice explains how DEV HD SERVICES SRL ("Devhd", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data in connection with the Beyond the Ticket campaign, developed by Devhd with ServiceNow support, including the campaign landing page, guide download form, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and related campaign activities.
It supplements the general Devhd Privacy Policy available on this website.
2. Who is responsible for your data

3. What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with the campaign, we may collect:
- Your first name;
- Work email address;
- Company name;
- Country;
- Job title, where provided;
- Information you choose to provide when requesting a conversation with Devhd;
- Your campaign communication choices and, where applicable, a record of any consent you provide;
- Campaign source and attribution information, such as the advert, publication, UTM parameters or form through which you reached us; and
- Technical and usage information generated when you visit the campaign page, subject to the website's cookie and consent settings.
If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn may pre-fill some fields using information from your LinkedIn profile.
Fields marked as required are needed to submit the relevant campaign form and access the guide. You are not legally or contractually required to provide this information, but without the required fields we cannot provide access to the gated guide through that form.
Where you choose to give an optional communication consent, we keep a record of that choice so that we can demonstrate when and how it was provided.
Submitting the campaign form does not subscribe you to a Devhd newsletter or, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications from ServiceNow or Pretzl PartnerWorks.
4. Why we use your data
We use campaign data to:
- Provide access to the requested guide;
- Administer and measure the campaign;
- Understand which campaign channels and content are useful to our target audience;
- Manage campaign records and reporting;
- Provide the limited campaign lead information required for administration and reporting under the ServiceNow Market Development Fund (MDF) programme;
- Respond if you expressly request further information or a conversation with Devhd;
- Where you have separately agreed, contact you by email about the Beyond the Ticket guide and related ServiceNow and AI-enabled service operations topics, including whether a follow-up conversation or demonstration may be relevant to your organisation; and
- Protect the security and integrity of our website and campaign activities.
Downloading the guide does not by itself sign you up to general marketing communications or a newsletter.
5. Legal basis
For providing the requested guide, administering and measuring the campaign, maintaining campaign records and preparing the limited reporting required for the co-funded campaign, Devhd relies on its legitimate interests in operating and evaluating its B2B campaign, understanding whether the content reaches the intended professional audience and demonstrating campaign performance. We limit the personal data used and shared for these purposes to what is reasonably necessary.
Where Devhd shares limited campaign lead information for ServiceNow MDF programme administration and reporting, the information is limited to the fields described in Section 6 below.
If you expressly request a conversation with Devhd, we use your contact details to respond to that request.
Where you separately agree that Devhd may contact you by email about the campaign topic, related services or a potentially relevant demo, we rely on your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at office@dev-hd.com.
Where consent is required for non-essential cookies or analytics technologies, we rely on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
6. Who may receive the data
Personal data may be accessed by:
- Authorised Devhd personnel involved in managing the campaign and, where applicable, business follow-up;
- prSteps, Devhd's marketing agency for this campaign, where access is necessary to operate the LinkedIn campaign, consolidate campaign results or prepare reporting on Devhd's instructions;
- LinkedIn, when you interact with LinkedIn advertising or submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form;
- ServiceNow and Pretzl PartnerWorks for the limited MDF programme administration and reporting described below; and
- Website hosting, form, analytics, security and other technical service providers used by Devhd to operate the campaign.
prSteps may have access to identifiable campaign data where necessary for campaign operation and reporting. It may not use this information for its own independent marketing purposes.
ServiceNow MDF reporting
This campaign is co-funded through the ServiceNow Market Development Fund (MDF) programme.
As part of the programme administration and reporting process, Devhd may provide ServiceNow and Pretzl PartnerWorks with a limited campaign lead record consisting of your work email address, company name and country.
This is the limited information included in the partial lead reporting format used for this campaign.
Devhd may also collect your first name and job title through the campaign form to understand the professional context of your request, analyse campaign relevance and, where you have separately agreed, tailor relevant follow-up. These fields are not included in the partial lead report shared by Devhd with ServiceNow and Pretzl PartnerWorks.
The limited lead information shared under the MDF programme is used for purposes connected with programme administration, execution, reporting and analysis. Devhd remains responsible for follow-up with campaign leads.
Devhd does not treat this MDF reporting as consent for you to receive marketing or newsletter communications from ServiceNow or Pretzl PartnerWorks.

7. LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
If you submit your information through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn also processes information in accordance with its own privacy terms and service settings.
Devhd receives the information you choose to submit for the campaign purposes described in this notice.
Where the LinkedIn Lead Gen Form offers an optional checkbox allowing Devhd to contact you about the campaign topic and related services, that choice is separate from submitting the form and accessing the guide.
8. International data transfers
LinkedIn, ServiceNow, Pretzl PartnerWorks and some website or technical service providers may process personal data in countries outside the European Economic Area.
Where a transfer is covered by an applicable adequacy decision, that decision provides the legal basis for the international transfer. Where an adequacy decision does not apply, appropriate safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism are used where required by data-protection law.
ServiceNow states that, where required for international transfers from the EEA, it uses appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

9. How long we keep the data
We retain identifiable campaign data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including campaign administration, reporting, any follow-up you have requested or agreed to, and compliance with applicable legal or MDF programme requirements.
When identifiable campaign data is no longer necessary for these purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.
If your interaction with Devhd develops into an active business opportunity, customer relationship or other ongoing professional relationship, relevant information may be retained for as long as necessary to manage that relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Records needed to demonstrate consent, withdrawal of consent, campaign compliance or applicable programme requirements may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Aggregated or de-identified campaign statistics that no longer identify individuals may be retained for longer for reporting, planning and analysis purposes.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
You may also object at any time to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
If you withdraw the optional consent for Devhd campaign-related communications, Devhd will stop sending future promotional email communications based on that consent.

11. Cookies and campaign measurement
The campaign landing page may use cookies or similar technologies for essential website operation and, where permitted by your choices, analytics and campaign measurement.
