Meet Răzvan Igreț, one of our <\/span>dedicated Citrix & Azure Engineers <\/span><\/b>at<\/span> <\/span><\/b>Devhd.<\/span>

Background and experience<\/span><\/h2>\n

His professional journey started in process improvement and operational excellence before evolving toward <\/span>infrastructure<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>virtualization<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>cloud<\/span><\/b> <\/span>technologies<\/span><\/b>. Today, he combines that structured mindset with a naturally positive outlook and a strong willingness to keep learning.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Currently working closely with one of our trusted partners, Răzvan supports infrastructure and virtualization environments while continuously expanding his technical knowledge and exploring new technologies.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Super-Powers<\/h2>\n

Răzvan describes himself in one word: <\/span>persistent<\/span><\/b>. Whether he is troubleshooting a technical issue, learning something new or helping those around him, he believes progress comes from consistency and a willingness to keep moving forward. He believes that there is always something new to learn and that curiosity is one of the best ways to keep growing.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

In his role as a Citrix & Azure Engineer, <\/span>organization and attention to detail<\/span><\/b> play an important part in his daily work. He enjoys structured environments, documenting information carefully and making sure nothing important gets overlooked. Combined with his <\/span>German language skills <\/span><\/b>and <\/span>collaborative approach<\/span><\/b>, these qualities help him build strong working relationships and deliver reliable results.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

What truly stands out about Răzvan is his <\/span>optimistic nature.<\/span><\/b> He is the kind of person who brings positive energy into conversations, enjoys connecting with people and approaches challenges with a constructive mindset. His colleagues know him as someone who is approachable, supportive and always ready for a good conversation. He genuinely enjoys talking to people, sharing experiences and creating the kind of connections that make teamwork easier and more enjoyable.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

His Super-Powers?<\/span><\/b> <\/span>Optimism<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>perseverance<\/span><\/b> and a <\/span>people<\/span><\/b>-<\/span>first<\/span><\/b> <\/span>mindset<\/span><\/b>. These qualities help him stay focused on solutions, adapt to challenges and maintain a positive perspective even when situations become complex.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

What Răzvan appreciates most about being part of Devhd is the <\/span>work-life balance<\/span><\/b>. For him, professional success is important, but so is having time for the people who matter most.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Outside of work<\/h2>\n

Outside of work, <\/span>family is at the center of his world<\/span><\/b>. He enjoys spending as much time as possible with his loved ones and believes that some of life's most valuable moments are often the simplest ones shared together. Family is also his biggest source of motivation and the reason he always tries to keep a positive outlook, both professionally and personally.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
