Meet Bogdan Ionuț Fieraru<\/strong>, one of our dedicated ServiceNow Developers who joined the team more than 2 years ago through the STAR | Devhd program<\/strong><\/a>, our initiative for training and mentoring aspiring IT professionals.<\/p>\n

Currently a student at Universitatea Politehnica București, specializing in Computer Science and Automation, Ionuț is constantly driven by curiosity and a desire to keep learning<\/strong>. For him, the most rewarding projects are those that challenge him to think differently, work together with others, and create solutions that truly make work easier.<\/p>\n

At Devhd, Ionuț focuses on developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform. He enjoys exploring different approaches<\/strong>, asking the right questions, and building features that support efficiency and collaboration.<\/p>\n

His colleagues describe him as analytical, responsible, and dedicated.  His Super-NOW-Powers?<\/strong> Curiosity<\/strong>, adaptability<\/strong>, and the persistence to turn challenges into growth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, Ionuț enjoys motorcycle riding — a passion that reflects his sense of focus, balance, and freedom.<\/p>\n
