Introducing Robert Mate, our <\/span>enthusiastic<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>resourceful<\/span><\/b> QA Tester<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>Developer<\/span><\/b> at Devhd. His journey with ServiceNow started almost four years ago when he began as a Technical Support Engineer. Over time, <\/span>Robert<\/span> took on<\/span> roles such as Process Analyst and QA Developer. <\/span>N<\/span>early two years ago<\/span> he<\/span> made the move from a larger corporation to <\/span>join<\/span> our boutique ServiceNow team. Robert has proven to be a valuable addition to our growing team.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Robert plays an important client-facing role, <\/span>serving <\/span>as a key point of contact for one of our main customers<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>working closely with the business to tailor solutions according to customer needs.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Robert's Super-Now-Power<\/span>s are best reflected in <\/span>his great communication skills<\/span><\/b> and his ability to <\/span>approach each project with patience<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>in-depth analysis.<\/span><\/b> Robert diligently ensures that our customers receive top service and satisfaction and <\/span>that <\/span>our<\/span> project<\/span>s<\/span> meet the highest standards of quality and precision<\/span>. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

While he might not always have a fixed source of motivation, Robert remains captivated by the <\/span>ever-evolving world of technology.<\/span><\/b> Each innovation manages to <\/span>raise <\/span>his<\/span> eyebrows in <\/span>curiosity<\/span><\/b> and keeps him engaged in the dynamic IT world.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

One of the things Robert values most about being part of the Devhd Team <\/span>is the spirit of unity.<\/span><\/b> He appreciates the willingness of <\/span>his<\/span> colleagues to help, and the sense of integrity that <\/span>spread through<\/span> every project<\/span>. Outside of work, Robert's favorite hobby is <\/span>gaming<\/span><\/b>. He's also passionate about <\/span>sports<\/span><\/b>, particularly <\/span>football<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>handball<\/span><\/b>. Sometimes, you might find him digging into geographical and historical trivia or losing himself exploring maps as a <\/span>cartophile<\/span><\/b>. Robert has a cute canine companion and an adventurous spirit, often seeking quick and <\/span>reasonable<\/span> getaways via train or plane, trying to \"hunt\" special locations and explore!<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
