Being a <\/span>law<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>psychology<\/span><\/b> graduate with considerable experience in HR as well as business development, Ada brings a unique perspective to her work. Since joining the team, she has been a <\/span>driving force behind our growth and success<\/span><\/b>, continuously ensuring that everyone remains motivated, engaged, and aligned with our core values. With Devhd since 2019, we are fortunate to have Ada as one of our inspiring team members.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Ada <\/span>wears multiple hats<\/span><\/b>, contributing her skills in diverse areas. From <\/span>HR strategies, <\/span><\/b>and nurturing a positive and empowering work environment, to addressing team needs, and <\/span>coordinating internal development programs<\/span><\/b>, to <\/span>financial coordination, company policies, <\/span><\/b>and<\/span> other operational aspects<\/span><\/b>, Ada is well equipped to consistently deliver exceptional work.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, she has brought a significant contribution to the development and success of our first-ever <\/span>STAR | Devhd program.<\/span><\/b> As a Program Manager, Ada was involved in every aspect of the program, from selection and interviewing prospective students to working closely with trainers in the development of the program's comprehensive curricula, <\/span>ensuring its effective delivery.<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

Ada finds motivation in continuous learning and collaboration with <\/span>our<\/span> diverse colleagues. <\/span>What Ada loves most about her work is the tangible impact she can see, firsthand. From the <\/span>results of improvements and changes<\/span><\/b> to the <\/span>growth of individuals and the company itself,<\/span><\/b> her dedication and contributions drive meaningful progress within the organization.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Outside of work, <\/span>Ada has a deep passion for <\/span>psychology<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>understanding<\/span><\/b> the <\/span>human<\/span><\/b> mind<\/span><\/b>. She enjoys reading, taking long walks, and listening to podcasts. <\/span>Currently, she is also working on <\/span><\/span>writing her first book<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
