Introducing Florin, our <\/span>enthusiastic <\/span><\/b>and <\/span>ambitious <\/span><\/b>ServiceNow Developer at Devhd. Having spent almost 2 decades in Sales & Marketing, his ServiceNow journey began with a personal initiative when Florin decided to explore this innovative platform. He started learning the platform by himself and earned his first ServiceNow before joining the team two years ago. With a focus on continuous learning, Florin quickly became a valuable member of our team.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

His <\/span>Super-Now-Powers<\/span><\/b> are best reflected in his <\/span>perseverance<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>enthusiasm<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>proactiveness <\/span><\/b>and <\/span>resilience<\/span><\/b>. The most important lesson in Florin’s professional life came after making the career shift from Sales & Marketing to IT. With <\/span>self-motivation<\/span><\/b>, embracing new knowledge and adapting to a new environment with flexibility, he overcame all the challenges that came his way. As in one of his favorite quotes: <\/span>“Success is a journey, not a destination, so never stop learning.”<\/span><\/i> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Florin draws motivation both from <\/span>challenging projects<\/span><\/b> that give him the chance to dive deep and <\/span>acquire new skills,<\/span><\/b> as well as from a <\/span>positive work environment<\/span><\/b> with supportive leadership. He has been involved in multiple ServiceNow development activities and projects mainly related to IT Service Management, ServiceNow integrations with external tools and custom app development. Currently, Florin is also actively involved in the <\/span>development team for our upcoming app<\/span><\/b>, which will be soon published in the ServiceNow store. <\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Beyond work, Florin is passionate about <\/span>space<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>flights<\/span><\/b>, his dream being to get the Private Pilot License. He enjoys <\/span>traveling<\/span><\/b>, outdoor activities, and <\/span>socializing<\/span><\/b>.  <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

His <\/span>proactive nature<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>dedication<\/span><\/b>, and <\/span>innovative spirit <\/span><\/b>make Florin a valuable member of our team.
